Shipping Policy

We provide shipping via USPS ,UPS for domestic orders. For international we ships with UPS, DHL , and USPS and is quoted after orders are placed. See international shipping below. All shipments are based on total weights/dimensions and will be shown as a quote at check out. Actual charged cost may vary. Shipping and handling cost include actual freight charge, insurance, and packaging materials to properly get our product to you. 

Domestic Shipping

All Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.  Which ever provides the best cost. Orders will be processed same day but may not ship for 1-3 days depending on current order load. We ship Monday thru Friday.  Sometimes the Auto shipping calculator will charge for two boxes when not needed and freight cost will seem very high. Know that we correct shipping cost to the customer in these circumstances. We aim to give you the best shipping cost we can.

International Shipping

We are shipping packages to our international customers via UPS, DHL , and USPS , each with various rates . At check out it will show not shipping cost. We will email you with all the shipping options available, as some are faster than others and cost varies. Note that shipping cost does not account for duty/taxes charged by your country or custom clearance which varies by country and the chosen carrier, which their fees are different in every country as well. Payments

Bicycle Fabrication Supply accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. All orders are process securely using Stripe payment services.

Are discounts available ?

 Certain products may have discounts on the webstore but may change at anytime.

We will also offer volume discounts. If you have a product(s) that you would like to inquire on for discount please email or call to discuss your needs.

Special Orders

Bicycle Fabrication Supply welcomes special orders across our product lines. Such as custom tubing, frame parts, TIG welding and Brazing supplies and equipment. The lead times may vary for these to coincide with our stock orders to keep down the costly importing and shipping fees associated.  Volume discounts will be given for products please call

All other product categories such as frame parts, brazing, TIG, cut/drill, abrasives and other related industrial shop supplies  can be special ordered as well. These products will be quoted on per item basis. We strive to bring quality products at great prices.

Returns

We will issue returns for shipping errors on our end or for manufacture defects. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving product so that we can issue an Return Material Authorization (RMA) for your invoiced items you need to have replaced. We will ship out correct parts with a return shipping label. 

If you have ordered in error or changed your mind on design. You may return products within 30 days and subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost will be at customers expense( please properly package when shipping items back. Damaged products will not be issued a refund. Please call us to arrange returns so we can issue you an RMA to ship back with the product.

All credits will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise arranged.

Out Of Stock Items

We do our best to keep products in stock, but there are times when products may be out of stock. If they are out of stock it will be noted at the product page. Lead times will vary but we will do our best to inform you when they will be available again. Please call if you have questions about lead times.

Resale Tax exempt for Arizona.

If your an Arizona resident and would like to not be charged for tax please provide us with your AZ5000A form filled and signed. You  can snail mail , or email this form to us. We will issue you an tax exempt account. If you order online before providing this document you will be charged AZ sales tax.
